1) Moisten your lips with clean water. 2) Use the spatula to remove a liberal amount of lip scrub. 3) Apply the lip scrub to your lips and gently rub in a circular motion for about 30 seconds to exfoliate the skin. 4) Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse. 5) Use a lip moisturizer, such as Lu’Tenent Cosmetics Moisturizing Lip Balm, to nourish & hydrate your lips. 6) Use 1-2 times per week or as desired.
